Foods, focus, fitness, faith, feelings, foundation, filter, family, friends. Learn what to eat, when to eat and the best way to eat it. Learn how to include fitness in the nooks and crannies of your time. Examine your goals, mindset, and relationships and what is holding you back from being able to do the things you want to do and know you should do. We will walk step by step through the process during the 10 weeks of education. Working on strategy and implementation, dealing with any obstacles and setbacks along the way.
